To All Laguna Owners:
 
Legal has advised that Shay Hawkinberry has petitioned to have a recall on our votes for officers. (see below). 
 Shay Hawkinberry, Michael Averbuch & Bob Crowley are requesting to recall Deborah Sperry, Saul Fineman & Ken Johnson.
 The petition wants to replace them with Michael Harris, Gino Sedillo & Bob Crowley.
 AS SUCH WE ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE EMERGENCY OPEN BOARD MEETING WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.

THE RECALL WILL BE THE ONLY ITEM ON THE AGENDA.

As the Owner’s Representative designated to receive these Written Recall Agreements, please be advised according to Fla. Statutes the Master Association Board of Directors has 5 days to schedule a Board Meeting to certify this Recall. The governing documents and Fla. Statutes provide pursuant to 720.303(10) that you are mandated to notice this meeting and certify the recall with a majority of ALL voting interests.
